Game Maker's Sketchbook Selections Revealed

The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS), iam8bit, and fortyseven (47) communications are excited to reveal the official selections for the third year of the Game Maker’s Sketchbook. 

The selections will be on view at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) from Monday, March 18 to Friday, March 23, 2024 on Level 2 of the West Hall Lobby of the Moscone Center in San Francisco, home to GDC.

The works of art are now available to view at the Game Maker’s Sketchbook online gallery. Fans and supporters may purchase prints through the iam8bit store for a two-week limited period, starting today and running through March 29.

2024 AIAS Foundation Scholarship Applications Now Open

The AIAS Foundation has opened submissions for its annual scholarship programs benefiting students and early professionals in the video games industry. The AIAS Foundation, WomenIn, and Girls for Gaming scholarships are provided to talented students and early professionals who aspire to make a mark in the games industry through their dedication, passion, and interest in pushing forward the medium of interactive entertainment. Submissions are due May 31, 2024.
