I hired Revamp to do my gutters, gutter guard and soffit/fascia overhaul of my home in February 2022.We agreed on a price of 22K which was paid in full in April 2022.I reached out to the ** via text with a video of rain gushing off my roof at the front of my yard on 9/7/22. He responded via text, however he is telling me that this is the normal setup.I had a gutter system that was 100% attached to the front drain of my house. I should not be experiencing the front of my yard flooding after it rains hard. I have before and after pictures as far as how the gutter was setup prior to Revamp.This is an expensive mistake on my part. I am not happy with the outcome and I need to not have the front of my property saturated with water when it rains.I paid you to fix a problem and now you created another issue for me.Business response

I invited a sells rep from REVAMP LLC, to give me an estimate to replace some windows in my home. The contract has an address of ******************************************************, phone ***********. I signed the contract on April the 13th and have tried to contact the company, left message, called sells person, ******************* and have received no replies. Nothing has been done to my home, no one from REVAMP other than the sells person has been to my home since the date on the contract. I would like to have my deposit returned. I purchased new gutters from Revamp at a cost of $9,000 dollars that continues to leak and need adjustment in three placed. I have contacted and spoke to the company employees to advise them of the issues. However, they still have not resolved the issues which I have made them aware since mid june, 2020.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/07/01) */ Hi ******, We completed you scheduled install. Unfortunately the day we had scheduled we missed that appointment... As expressed earlier we are running short on staff due to pandemic work force issued. No excuses though. I personally also expressed to you that you have a, "Lifetime Written Guarantee!" Meaning that ANY issue you have/had with REVAMP's install will be handled... Since your complaint our phone records show that we've reached out to you several times (over 10), yet nobody's responding, via text or phone calls... We would love to assist in resolving this matter... As I'm responding all issues have already been repaired...
