Nicki Nicole made late night TV history, becoming the first Argentine artist to perform on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Tuesday night (April 27).
Wearing a bucket hat, sports bra, and baggy jeans, she took center stage to perform a medley of her hit “Wapo Traketero” and her recent single “No Toque Mi Naik,” where she was joined by Puerto Rican star Lunay.
The artists were also joined by a live band, perfectly meshing both artist’s flows over a sick beat that fuses trap, reggaeton, and bugalú undertones.
“Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your show, Jimmy Fallon,” the former Billboard Latin Artist on the Rise expressed on Instagram, “and thank you to the entire [Tonight Show] team for allowing me to present my music.”
She continued: “I’m very happy to represent my country. Lunay, thank you brother for slaying. You have an incredible talent.”
