Changes not showing up on other versions of the App unless Sync button selected

I have an App and when I fill out a form, the updates do not show up on the other versions of the App unless I select the Sync button. I have tried filling the form out on my phone and also on the browser. In the Offline/Sync I have Automatic updates turned on, This App can start when offline is turned on and Quick sync is turned on. I have also tried it with Delayed Sync both on and off and I get the same result.

I am using Google sheets and I have tried installing the Appsheet Events add-on, though my understanding is that this only works when the changes are made directly in the sheet.

Is there something I am missing that I could try? It would be nice if Appsheet Apps had an option that would automatically send the updates to all versions of the App. This would allow App makers to decide whether that is what they wanted or not.

The new feature "Quick sync" only works if the app version is the same. The change in another device should then happen within few seconds.

I agree that is what should happen, but it is not happening. I've tried changing things within the offline/sync but nothing seems to help. I always have to click on the sync button before the information will update. I am using virtual columns but the Quick Sync doesn't say that should make a difference as I am not using the Delta Sync.

Do you mean that if the app is first synced that the device has the latest version,  you need to manually sync the data even the quick sync is enabled?

Yes, even after I sync the app whether it is the first time or 10th time when the information is changed/updated the app does not update the information until I click on the sync button or wait 30 minutes.

The documentation does not explicitly explain how virtual columns are affecting but it sounds some of your columns are doing this as your setup seems to be just fine.
