I have two small questions regarding Google Voice:
Is it possible to check the availability of a Voice user before transferring a call to them? (e.g., if they are in "do not disturb" mode or already on another call...)
Currently, on our current telephone system, music is played to keep the caller waiting. However, calls ring through to the standard as soon as the music starts. Is it possible to implement this with Google Voice? It is stated: "The caller hears this greeting message as soon as the call connects. After the greeting message plays, their call is processed." However, we would like the call to be processed while the greeting message is playing.
