Google Drive Access

Hello.

The workspace I work in is having trouble editing/uploading docs. We only have viewer's access for most of the Company's Folder.

This is quite urgent, as the entire Company is not being able to perform important tasks.

Payment is ok, and the access has changed out of the blue. So, we're not sure of what's happening.

Is there a way we can get specific support?

It sounds like this may be an issue that's more likely to get solved by contacting Google Support (see https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213?hl=en for how) than posting here.

(As a guess, it sounds like you might have run out of storage space….)
