My account has been restricted

I don't access some of the Google services like payment and cloud. when I open the payments.google.com, I get this error: "Multiple Google services
It looks like this account is associated with a country or territory where one or more Google services aren't available. Under Google’s Terms of Service, you no longer have access to these services."
 
I sent my identification documents more than 4 months ago. But, it is still restricted.

Are you accessing the Google Account from the country identified in the documents sent to Google? Note Google may be identifying your location upon your accessing the Google app due to the devices ip location.

I had access to the Google service from a restricted country someday. But, not, I moved to Europe and have the residency of that, but still, I can not access the services and restore my account.

Did you try to Change your home country or region?  Upon moving to a new country you must create a new payments profile. Learn how to create a new profile to change your home country.

Have you tried the following steps?

  1. On your computer, sign in to Google Pay.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Under "Payments profile," next to "Country," click Edit DraztheNerd_0-1711475551029.png.
  4. From the message that opens, click Create new profile DraztheNerd_1-1711475551016.png Continue.
  5. Choose the country to associate with the new payments profile.
  6. Enter the address information.
  7. Click Submit.
 

The problem is that I'm unable to access the settings and when attempting to open the Google payment settings, the page redirects to a restricted page as shown in the image below.

What happens when you click on the verify your account location in the lower left corner?

I submitted my verification documents 4 or 5 months ago, but nothing happened.

I did it again two weeks ago, but the same happened.

When you clicked verify account information did the next window provide any tips or contact information?

In the meantime have you changed the location settings on the device to where you are located now? 

Did you try changing the Google Account location settings?

I have already changed my location in the google play settings. But, the problem still exists. 

I also tried to contact the support, but I haven't received any response

I imagine the paid Google Play Support may need to investigate the issue and are probably quite busy with consumers from around the world. So I wouldn't expect an immediate response.

How long ago did you contact support? I personally don't think it hurts to be a pest by consistently contacting support. There's an old saying in America that, "The squeaky wheel gets the grease"
