We have a device of an offboarded user. It originally showed up in Mobile & Endpoint in both devices and Company Owned inventory. We did a wipe off that device, and tried log in with another user and it didn't work. Then we deleted it both off devices and company owned inventory to readd it. Now it only shows up in company owned inventory but cannot use to add a new user. Any ideas?
