I can't find any information on the deletion date or and the document is not present in the trash.

His there any solution to restore this document or to get access to a Google Support for this ?

Thanks for your help

If it was deleted within the last 25 days, it can be restored.  You must know who the owner is, and you can follow the instructions here.

You can't restore an individual file you can only restore all deleted files from a date range.  If you have the investigation tool you can search to find when the file was deleted.  Then set the date range to restore around the deleted time.

Add condition: Event is Deleted you will see a list of all deleted files.  You can narrow the results down by adding an owner or title etc.

Hi, I find back in log of the suppression thank to the investigation tool, but my document seems to be deleted from 26 days now ...

Since it exceed 25 days, is there any other solution to restore it ?

I would try doing a restore and just see what happens.  It's past 25 days but maybe it will be restored. Beyond that the only real option is to open a support ticket and see if Google can help.

@Luc_Daan if it is a doc in a shared folder 99% of these cases I have seen , the file belongs to a recently deleted user.

Try restoring your recently deleted users if you have an approximate idea of when this doc was deleted .

The proper troubleshooting is the way how @newman has mentioned.

Hi,
I need some help, please. An important google spreadsheet disappeared where I was not the owner, it was just shared with me. The owner deleted it (same message as above), but unfortunately I don't know the owner. What can I do to get the spreadsheet back please? Is there any chance?

Thank you very much in advance.

Bohdana

The only way to get it back is if the owner (or their Workspace administrator) recovers it for you. If that’s not an option, you’re unfortunately out of luck.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news,

Ian
