What happened to Ring Groups? I need to set up one number that my team can text from.

Hi,

I do tech support and share guest relations responsibility for a small AirBnB startup. We need to have one number our guests can use to contact whoever is on shift, and have that number be accessible from multiple devices, with message history. My research indicated that a Ring Group would be the best way to do that, but that functionality doesn't seem to exist anymore - is there something comparable currently?

I admit I don't have a lot of experience with Google Voice, but ring groups do still appear in Google's admin documentation -- see  https://support.google.com/a/answer/9424746 for the specifics. Edited to add: Do note the very first line of the support article: "This feature is available with the Voice Standard and Premier subscriptions. Learn more"
