TXT file for my dns

HI, I am hoping someone can help me. This whole google and square space debacle. I have a domain name that I bought at squares space, but my web site pages are at google sites. When I first registered the account I had to verify ownership, I didn't copy down the txt file to send to SP. The site registered and authenticated. now I am being told they need my txt file from google in order to get it added to my dns at SP. How do I get my txt file if its already been authorized.?

do I need to delete my ownership and redo it again?

thanks

M.

You don't have to revalidate you Domain If its already activated.

The validation code is a one time code generated randomly to activate you console and after validation you can't use It anymore.

But, the code probably ia in your DNS zone If you didn't delete it.

On a side note i don't get the whole Idea.

Até you trying tô create cnames for your Google sites?

If yes, you can generate the links on the admin console:

Here the tutorial to add the entry in square space:

Can you send me the entry you're trying to add.
Other than that, check if the provider auto insert your domain on the entry, because this is common in some providers
