We are a software house, Enorness Pvt Ltd and Enorness LLC, utilizing Google Workspace with our domain, enorness.com. Our current Starter plan serves our team of 10 employees well.

However, we require upgrading a single user, Masha Rib, to the Business Standard edition. Can we achieve this upgrade while maintaining the Starter plan for the remaining team?

Split licensing models requires approval from Google, and has requirements in terms of license counts. You would need to work with a reseller or with your account manager. Though for transparency, for 10 users it is note likely to be granted.
