VERIFICATION CODE SENT TO SAME EMAIL

hello I've been trying to login into my old email account which i forgot its password and entered the code from the message (via phone) -but i still see the verification message that says I have to enter the verification code from the same e-mail I’m trying to enter. my recovery   phone number is the only option i have  See the attached screenshot.

Now I forgot password. I have tried many times to recover my Gmail Account only with phone number verification, but I can't get it. Google is always asking for a recovery email verification code on the same Gmail. email: (PII Removed by Staff) this mail problem plz solve my google mistry  am very thankful to you

You are in the wrong help community for personal Google account recovery to be honest. Ask the Google account help community at https://support.google.com/accounts/community?hl=en.

Plus your screenshot clearly shows three ways to even sign in so chose one of them. The help article about account recovery should be https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7682439?hl=en.

How did you fix this verification code send to same email ID.

If the verification code is sending to the account that is disabled rather than the secondary Google Account then that means I am going to guess that the recovery email address was inputted wrong to begin with when Google asked you to verify/check your recovery phone number and recovery email address.

If you are Workspace, ask your admin for help. 

If a non Workspace account and either ending with gmail.com or non gmail non workspace, please ask in the Google Account recovery help community at https://support.google.com/accounts/thread/new?hl=en.
