Hi, in your screenshot, it does have an uninstall button. What happens if you choose that? What error message are you encountering? It is still in the Google Workspace Marketplace (https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/timer_for_google_forms/341515549984), which means you should be able to uninstall it or is the issue that you have uninstalled it however you are still being billed for it?
Are you the Workspace admin yourself of your domain or are you just the end user of your domain? If you are the admin, you can try speaking to Workspace support (the one on one option): https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213. If you are just an end user of the domain, then see if your admin has any ideas for you.

yes, it allows me to uninstall it, but they are still cashing out 5 dollar every month from our bank account.

we are out of the workspace subscription. hence i'm not able to contact with google support.

I am sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I was asking some people who knew how Workspace Marketplace add ons and Forms worked for advice however never heard back from them.

Are you able to ask your admin for assistance or reach the Workspace one on one support? Is there any way for you to speak to your bank to see if they had any way of blocking those payments?

I fear I'm having the same issue. I can't find any link to unsubscribe. When I subscribed, it says I can unsubscribe anytime yet I cannot find how.

Hi @Leahnez and @diba ,

Did the Form add-on come with an email address or company website for the add-on? If so, have you tried reaching out to the add-on owners for assistance? Are you able to share what you do see when you try to uninstall it (so a screenshot like the OP showed us for their form add-on uninstallation issue)?

I had the same issue. Report as issue twice but no reply.
