Change is never easy, in most cases it is faced with great resistance. To help teams navigate through the change, its important to communicate openly, and with transparency and Empathy. However, since we feel safer doing things the way we always did, its difficult to accept any change. I think as a leader, one needs to first embrace the change themselves, become an agent of change. When your team sees you as that they will be more than likely to embrace change. Try to understand that this is a process, so be patient with your team members and give more attention to those who are struggling with change. Help them see the benefits from it
