-
This are the very few things which very few companies follow but are very useful are periodic checks during the machining process to verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and timely check of other periodic critical quality parameters should be checked from time to time rather than at the end to make sure we can find any problems in between the process and eliminate the fault and save our time and cost.
-
To attain superior finishes on plastic components through CNC machining, the process selection must align with the part's unique specifications and the plastic's characteristics. Certain CNC machining methods known for their ability to deliver top-notch finishes: 1. Multi-axis CNC Machining- Known its precision and capacity to fabricate intricate shapes, ensuring a pristine surface finish. 2. Precision CNC Grinding- Pivotal for achieving high-precision surfaces, particularly in the concluding phases of machining. 3. Tailored Surface Roughness- Can be customized to various roughness levels, such as 3.2, 1.6, 0.8, or 0.4 μm Ra, for specific surface quality requirements. Post-machining, finishing process can also be used on plastic parts.
