Yes, it will be great to indicate the life span of the product or best use b’fore tag, however smart packaging should also mean small packaging. In my experience I have often seen people buying products or food packets which are half used. The rest of it either gets decayed in the refrigerator or thrown away. Hence a package that says serves one person will help. In fact , we can go one step ahead and pack only that much amount that an average body type globally requires. It will help reduce waste age and even the stores will be able to sell their products easily.
