Of course, everything material should be added, but be careful about adding too many initiatives to your reporting.

However the biggest opportunity is in the simplicity and simplification of the execution of certain parts the sustainability roadmap. If you can do it simple, it means that you require less resources and therefore also less budget.

From my experience, it's all about finding solutions for societal challenges and teaching, translating - you name it - the importance of dealing with business externalities to drive change. Managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, keeping up with regulatory changes and learning new technical skills are part of the daily job of a #sustainabilityprofessional. That's why I advocate for the development of soft skills to overcome these challenges: - Communication, negotiation, time and stress management are key.
