If your Sales Navigator online subscription was granted by an admin on your team, you must contact your admin to make any changes to your account. If you purchased Sales Navigator online on LinkedIn.com, you can cancel your Sales Navigator Core subscription online, by completing the steps below.
Before you proceed, make sure you are aware of the implications of cancelling your account.
To cancel your Sales Navigator Core subscription:
Sign in to Sales Navigator.
Move your cursor over your photo at the top right of your homepage and select Settings from the dropdown.
Under Account Type, click Cancel Subscription.
A popup will appear and will take you through the short cancellation process.
After canceling your account, if you think you are eligible for a refund, submit a refund request.
