Requirements

Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.

Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Proficient in Windows and macOS environments.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

Familiarity with basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

US Citizenship is required.

Provide first-level technical support for end-users.

Install, upgrade, and maintain desktop hardware and software.

Document and update support procedures.
