The Talent Attraction Specialist supports the posting, screening, interviewing and preboarding for all high-volume roles for our National Cancer Information Center, Enterprise Customer Support Center, Hope Lodge division and Discovery Shops. This role works heavily in partnership with the Sr. Recruiter to coordinate upcoming cohorts, hiring needs, execution on hard to hire initiatives and candidate connection from applicants through preboarding for hew hires.

Major Responsibilities

  • This role is fully remote and can be supported from anywhere in the US.
  • Execute all pre-screens and high-volume interviews to make on-the-spot hiring decisions.
  • Provide candidate feedback in offer decision.
  • Coordinate with Sr. Recruiter and Recruiting Manager to identify upcoming hiring needs.
  • Regularly collect feedback on hiring process and recent cohorts to adjust where needed.
  • Provide accurate data for reporting updates.
  • Create job postings, and screen applications to meet SLA’s.
  • Provide a consistent outstanding candidate experience through all interactions.
  • Support full-life cycle recruiting for entry level career roles and where applicable.
  • Aid in sourcing strategies for total Talent Attraction team.
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

FORMAL KNOWLEDGE

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a Talent Attraction or similar role supporting high-volume recruitment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and utilizing technology in recruitment (Workday experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in documenting processes, keeping accurate and timely records.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers).

The starting rate is $XX to $XX. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
