The Opportunity
We are looking for 5 interns to help MetLife Human Resources explore this through the design and execution of a research project. Interns will:
Gain foundational knowledge about elements of the employee experience and the construct of traditional benefits plans from MetLife’s Benefits and Wellness, Learning and Development, DEI, and Employee Experience teams.
In partnership with the People Planning & Insights function, design research (e.g., a survey) to study the preferences and expectations of early-career individuals.
Conduct the research - other MetLife interns and community peers will be the study population.
Analyze the data and consolidate the results into a report.
Present the results to members of MetLife’s HR team who will use this information to evaluate the perceived value of the current benefits and employee experience offerings to use as a data point for future strategy development.
