Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and engage with our audience in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite to assess the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
