With ADA day right around the corner, we’re plugging our resource on navigating reasonable accommodations under the Americans With Disabilities Act. 

Understanding and implementing reasonable accommodations is essential for promoting equal employment opportunities for people with disabilities and ensuring compliance with the ADA and other disability-related laws. By engaging in the interactive process, providing effective accommodations, and fostering a disability-inclusive work environment, employers can help create a more equitable and inclusive workplace for all.
