This Pre-General Availability Test Application (the “Test Application”) is incorporated into and made part of the agreement governing your use of Google Workspace services (the "Agreement").  The Agreement may be, for example, the Google Workspace Terms of Service, the Google Workspace Services Schedule to the Google Cloud Master Agreement, or Google Workspace for Education Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this Test Application have the meaning stated in the Agreement.

FEATURE IDENTIFICATION

Use this Test Application to apply for access to the below Beta features (the “Test Product”):

1. AI Classification for Drive: Automate the process of classifying data based on sensitivity level and save time and money with data being properly classified.

2. Advanced DLP for Gmail: Monitor and block sensitive information from being shared internally and externally and prevent data leaks that can damage your organization’s brand, reputation, and bottom line.

3. Evidence Snippets for DLP: Give admins visibility into the sensitive information that was flagged by an existing DLP rule to reduce time spent investigating potential data leaks.

4. Trust Rules for Directory: Communicate with verified Workspace contacts and have peace of mind knowing the recipients of sensitive information are trusted by the organization.

5. CAA Monitor Mode & Recommendations: Proactively identify risky users and devices accessing sensitive information and provides actionable recommendations on how to limit access to sensitive information as well as the impact on end users

6. CAA Context driven DLP & IRM for Drive: Set the criteria for sharing sensitive content from Google Drive and ensure confidential information is not being shared with unauthorized users.

7. iOS Volume purchase plan (VPP) support: Apple’s Volume Purchase Program (VPP) allows IT Admins to build, purchase, distribute and manage apps (both free and purchased) and ibooks in bulk.  It’s used to distribute apps (both public from the Appstore) and B2B apps that are separately available outside the app store. We're implementing VPP for GEM for iOS devices

8. Mandated 2SV for administrators: Reduce the number of hijacked admin accounts due to password-theft and the absence of 2SV being configured

9. Multi-party approvals for administrators: Stop compromised admin accounts from being able to perform sensitive actions by requiring a second admin to authorize the action.

10. Real time log export to Chronicle: Apply Chronicle’s detection capabilities to Workspace logs to identify anomalies, abnormal user behavior, and investigate threats.

11. Granular Audit Privileges: Control access to specific audit logs from Workspace applications and avoid compliance violations for not limiting access to information based on role.

The Test Product is a Pre-GA Offering. If you are granted access to the Test Product, the terms in this Test Application, together with the Agreement, will govern access to and use of the Test Product.

Google has no obligation to generally release a version of the Test Product and any generally released version may have significantly different functionality than the Test Product.

The following Specific Test Terms apply to your use of the Test Product:

Use Restrictions: There are no usage restrictions but currently these feature are only supported for Workspace Services. 

Feedback: Google may contact your Admins and request feedback or suggestions related to the Test Product. Customer will ensure that all their Admins with access to the Test Product consent to receive such communications from Google and authorize Google to use any feedback or suggestions without restriction and without obligation.

Functionality Limitations: The Test Product is a pre-general availability Google Workspace feature with limited and evolving functionality and may be more prone to errors or inaccuracies than other Google services. 

Confidentiality: Information about the Test Product, including information about its functionality and appearance, is the Confidential Information of Google (whether or not marked as confidential).

SKU prerequisites: Note that certain features are subject to SKU prerequisites. A Google representative will contact you once the features are ready for rollout.

By submitting this Test Application, you represent and warrant that (i) you have full legal power and authority to bind Customer to the terms in this Test Application; (ii) you have read and understand the terms in this Test Application; and (iii) you agree, on behalf of Customer, to the terms in this Test Application.
