Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on the Construction industry. As a crucial member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in agency recruiting, particularly within Construction roles, to identify top-tier talent in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your 3+ years of agency recruiting experience to source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the Construction industry.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Bullhorn ATS/CRM to manage candidate pipelines effectively and track recruitment metrics.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo to identify passive candidates and build strong talent pools. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders effectively.
• Display fast typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute, to ensure efficient communication and documentation.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• English C1/C2
• English resume is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in agency recruiting, specifically within the Construction industry and knowledge of AEC sectors.
• Proficiency in Bullhorn ATS/CRM is essential.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
