Overview of the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join the APAC Regional team for the No7 Beauty Company, a division of Walgreens Boots Alliance, mainly working on our skin care brand No7 for the Pacific Region. As Brand Manager, you will be working closely with the No7 Regional Marketing Manager for APAC to ensuring No7 shows up at its best in the markets, working in close partnership with our retailers’ teams, to create seamless activation.

About the opportunity:

  • You will support the delivery of the No7 brand plans, ensuring consistency to brand principles & local relevancy.
  • Support the development of regional communication, and lead the development/ localisation of digital content relevant especially for AUS.
  • Build strong partnerships with local retailers and marketing teams and partners with commercial and category teams on delivering the JBP, brand plan, supporting in local initiative delivery and working to continually optimize for business growth & success, with a special focus on digital marketing delivery.
  • Work in close collaboration with the global marketing team in the UK, driving strong relationships to support brilliant execution of the brand
  • Input to Global initiatives especially focusing on digital delivery, to ensure claims needs are met for local markets & consumers.


About you

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, preferable also APAC/ Pacific regional marketing role, with focus on digital marketing with a proven track record
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Experience of insight-driven initiative development, and agency management
  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including external agencies
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, incl. setting up initiatives and its KPIs, constant improvement of delivery against matrix
  • A flexible and supportive leadership style, committed to always doing the right thing for the consumer and the teams
  • Genuine passion for the brand and skin care category
  • Experience in brand & marketing planning, communications, and activations.
  • Experienced in Australian/ APAC markets is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable to deal with ambiguity and self-driven to succeed
  • Strong commercial acumen to ensure an understanding of retail partner’s businesses.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Comfortable to work with different teams across different markets & time zones
  • Fluent in English in both spoken and written.
  • Excellent relationship management across network of retailers and stakeholders.
