Digital & Media Marketing Manager

It’s an exciting time for LOEWE as we go through a period of rapid growth. With the fast growth and expansion of marketing activities, we are looking for a dedicated Digital & Marketing Manager to join the team. This role reports to the Marketing & Communication Director, OGC & SEAO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, facilitate and execute the digital media plans & pioneer digital CRM communications to be in its most efficient and innovative form possible.
  • Strategize the paid digital media across platforms, in both social media and display in conjunction with the available content & consumer trends observable within the market.
  • Work with external agencies in directing them to execute and report as an agency partner. This person will also establish direct relationship with display partners and account managers on the social platforms’ side to understand the latest consumer trends, and when it makes sense, work on direct buys rather than buying through media agency.
  • Research & report on competitors’ marketing efforts as well as changes in the digital ecosystem/platforms and consumer behavior. Always be on the lookout for exemplary contents and activations which we can base to build our next initiatives.
  • Develop a roadmap and a plan for enhancing the digital CRM activities to build ongoing engagement with the customers. This will include enhancing the communication with our clients via relevant social platforms, as well as an organized/segmented ‘mini-campaigns’ towards existing customers.
  • Conduct both data-driven quantitative and insights and creative-driven qualitative analysis and provide necessary reporting to the team, Regional office & HQ office.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. 5 years relevant experience gained from agency or brand, with hands-on experience in managing digital media plans and setting up the ads on platforms, as well as versed in business/technical side of ad planning for social platforms
  • Able to work with large data & develop strategies that are creative in thought and tasteful in execution
  • Hands-on management of paid digital marketing planning & executions on various social platforms and display networks. Familiar with programmatic displays and AI-driven marketing & communications program management
  • Ability to put together a digital media strategy and plan for each campaign
  • Able to analyze the results and run an effective PDCA cycle
  • Possess strong sense of personal responsibility for own and team’s work, and proactively assist to ensure delivery of highest quality work within required timeframes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity, and an objective-focused and positive approach. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and possesses good business acumen and sound judgment. Entrepreneurial, with a collaborative approach
