Job Description:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents;
• Providing internal professional legal support, advice and guidance;
• Maintaining and assuring high standards of corporate governance and compliance;
• Practicing financial and bank regulations;
• Reviewing legal aspects of internal and external communications;

Job requirements:

• Strong understanding of corporate, contract law and compliance;
• An L.LB from a leading academic institution;
• Experience in legal research and writing;
• Certification to Practice Law with 2-4 years of experience;
• High proficiency in both Hebrew and English;
