Legal Counsel

Nayax is looking for a Legal Counsel, specializing in privacy laws, to join the legal department. As a member of the legal department, the legal counsel will be responsible for supporting the group's privacy program and advising on additional legal matters, including advising on legal aspects of commercial issues, representing NAYAX in negotiations with clients, business partners, and vendors, and assist with the management of corporate governance.

The Legal Counsel will report to the Group DPO.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Assist the Group DPO in executing the privacy program and various privacy projects, including, conducting DPIAs on new products and services; ensuring compliance with new regulations in territories where the group operates; and handling DSRs.
• Advise and support various business units, departments, and teams across the group on commercial legal matters related to the business.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and DPAs, including customer agreements, SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, distribution agreements, etc.
• Assist in corporate governance projects and assignments.
• Liaising and managing work with external legal advisors.
  
  

Requirements:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• A qualified lawyer in Israel
• 2-4 years of experience as a privacy lawyer in a law firm or as an in-house in a company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
