BLUE ASH, Ohio (WKRC) - Blue Ash Police say the driver who led them on a high-speed chase in a stolen car has been arrested. Shawn Black is charged with failure to comply and receiving stolen property.

An officer says he tried to pull Black over on March 13 at Reed Hartman and Ashwood. Instead, Black allegedly drove off reaching speeds of up to 115 mph on I-275 before the officer called off the pursuit.

It was all on the officer's dashcam video.

Police say Black was driving a stolen car with fictitious plates at the time. It had been stolen out of Clermont County.

Blue Ash Police thanked people for their tips in the effort to identify Black from the dashcam video and the Cincinnati Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit for his arrest.

Black is expected to be arraigned Saturday.
