I love Reuters as a primary source of news and love their article format. Their app had some issues with loading articles slowly or links being broken. The most recent update seemed to have broken the app completely. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app instead of updating, and that seems to have fixed things. I'm not sure if it was my phone or the app itself that was causing the crashing, but after a fresh install the app is working fine now, and even seems to load a lot faster.

4/30/24 update: They fixed the crashing issue and it's been running smoothly since then. The best news from the worst news app. It constantly freezes and crashes, even with no other apps running. I've just about hit my tolerance for this piss-poor app. So disappointed that the development team has done absolutely nothing to fix this multi-year problem.

When it works it is pretty good, but when it doesn't work it is maddening. The problem is with the registration/sign in. About once a week it forces me to sign on again, but the app doesn't save my password or my email address. So I try one of my email addresses and try again. Sometimes it works, but at least half the time it doesn't, so I use the lost password function, or try to reregister. This sometimes takes a while because i use a throwaway address for BS. Deleting app .
