Update issues After the latest update call volume is really low. AI can barely be heard outdoors. The setting got adjusting volume for the AI is no longer in the app. The glasses are basically unusable outdoors or in loud environments. To be clear, this is a new issue. The glasses used to be loud enough, but now they're whisper quiet. This is after swiping and looking at audio settings.

total waste of money, the glasses are no better than you can get at dollar general. the App is trash, crashing and not able to share photos from my device (this just started recently) can't save my videos to my phone now too. super disappointed. also 1 minute is not enough recording time, do better Ray-Ban. I found out the app is not supported by my Motorola phone anymore (it was when I got the glasses). Super disappointed because my stylist is awesome. POS meta. Can't get my new videos or pic

To start, we recommend making sure the glasses are charged to at least 20% capacity, location services are enabled (if using an Android OS), then uninstalling/reinstalling the Meta View app from your phone. My biggest issue with these glasses and this app right now is that the pictures and videos will not import. No matter what I do. Disconnect, reconnect, soft reset, hard reset, factory reset, force stop. Even after fighting to connect the glasses to my wifi the media still won't port. It constantly says auto import starting soon and then nothing. It's there an update or some help with this?? One of the main reasons I bought them.
