Customer Service Representative with English

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the frontline contact between our company and our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building positive relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Receive and process incoming orders, returns, and transfers.
• Respond to customers' complaints promptly and professionally.
• Run reports according to established procedures.
• Handle inquiries and technical problems related to order execution.
• Assist customers across various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
• Provide general administrative support.
• Share knowledge and experience to improve processes and procedures.

About You:

• Some previous experience in customer service and/or a strong eagerness to learn and grow in this field. We welcome applications from students of all majors.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in order or complaint/credit management is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Capable of making sound decisions within established procedures.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is a plus.
