LEBANON -- Neil Armstrong landed hard on a Warren County barber who sold his hair. Armstrong, the first person to walk on the moon, wants Marx Sizemore to donate $3,000 to charity -- the same amount Sizemore got for the hair.
"That money's long gone," Sizemore said between customers Tuesday. "I just paid bills and stuff."
Armstrong no longer lives in Turtlecreek Twp., but frequented the barber shop until learning of the hair sale …
