Not possible to renew the plan

  Hi, I just became owner of the website . it was transferred to me from another user. so I could administrate and make payments. Nevertheless WordPress.com plan and other paid upgrades was not transferred, so I can not renew them. It is still saying contact the account that purchased the plan.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there!

  The current site owner can transfer ownership to you, which will also transfer the WordPress.com Explorer plan to your account (Reference). Please have them follow the instructions here.

  If you need to move your plan only while the current owner remains the site owner, please have them contact support. We will need their authorization to transfer the plan to your account. You can also ask them to log into their WordPress.com account and reply to this thread with authorization.
