Following the Get Started process after our non-profit status was verified. Get to the step to verify the domain name but it keeps rejecting this. Cannot login to the Admin Console either so I can find the TXT or CNAME setting required to verify the domain name.

What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure why, but this seems to happen a bunch for folks setting things up for nonprofits. What I've seen help is to go through the process of "recovering" admin access to your Google Workspace account described at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.
