Classic will go down in September and new one is still missing core features.Anyone knows what's up with that?Is there some other way for me to store sensitive date without hardcoding them?

I will have a look but I'm pretty sure I've done that, just used oAuth instead of JSON for authentication.It's also possible google just fixed it, 5 months after all.What API's your project has and what permissions you gave to the service account?
