WHAT IS A FLUX NODE?

What is the flux ecosystem?

The Flux ecosystem is an open-source service provider to launch blockchain-based ideas.  It is a decentralised Finance (Defi) infrastructure focused on inventions in blockchain technology and provides the centralised computing services and multiple development tools to design, build and deploy their decentralised apps on numerous servers simultaneously.

The Flux ecosystem offers true decentralisation, with project governance operating through the flux governance XDAO.  The FluxOS consists of FluxNodes, distributed in the thousands across the world. The Nodes are decentralised digital ledgers that record and verify all cryptocurrency transactions. The characteristics of FluxNode provide additional security and privacy for its users. The global community of FluxNodes is what powers the FLUX network.

In the new era of scalable decentralised cloud infrastructure, the Flux Ecosystem offers a complete AWS like infrastructure. Flux aims to be the leading decentralised cloud infrastructure provider compatible with web 3.0,
an emerging, fully decentralised Internet. The Flux cloud infrastructure provides crypto wallet services. Numerous crypto-assets may be bought, stored and exchanged using the Zelcore wallet.

What is Flux coin?

The FLUX is a trending cryptocurrency, Formally known as zelcash (rebranded in March 2021).  The FLUX is the native Proof-of-Work, utility coin that facilitates the operation of the flux ecosystem.

Flux is described in the crypto currency's white paper as "A fair-minded proof-of-work cryptocurrency that acts as a utility asset for onboarding to the ecosystem and powering the transaction of information across the ecosystem."

In addition to attaining the token on exchanges through trading, Flux can be earned by operating the nodes on the network, on-chain governance, bad actor mitigation, and mining and can also be used to pay network fees.

The Flux platform accepts all major fiat and cryptocurrencies for transactions and the native utility coin is encouraged as the currency for commerce on the network.  Customers using flux for distributed computing power transactions will receive considerable discounts.

"Parallel assets" exist alongside the native Flux coin, they are flux coin tokens issued on different DeFi protocols such as Kadena, Ethereum, & Tron.
