The disgraced film mogul appeared in court today for a hearing, with the judge anticipating a trial to begin after Labor Day.
Attorney Arthur Aidala said the disgraced producer will take the witness stand when the charges are re-tried: "He’s been dying to tell his story from Day 1."

A (slight) majority decision by the state's court of appeals found there were "egregious errors" made in the original trial.
