Product Replacement

Covers all Logitech products in a Select-covered room or flex desk without needing a separate, device-specific extended warranty for up to 5 years. Products must be under an active warranty when Select licenses are purchased.

Advanced RMA

One-business-day replacement service for Logitech products under an active warranty (maximum coverage of 5 years). Shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Onsite Spares

Customers with Enterprise Plans or +50 licenses are eligible for a set of onsite spares (amount varies per license count) for same-day product replacements.

Advanced Workspace Management via Sync

Manage your entire Logitech video collaboration suite from Logitech Sync. Select entitles you to all premium features, such as remote UI access, insights, third-party integrations, and workspace management features.
