Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email except for Special Order or Pre-Order products. If your order contains "Special Order" products, they will be shipped as soon as they are available, in some instances orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The non-special order items may ship out separately. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Most orders placed before 12pm EST are shipped the same day, excluding times of increased volume such as holidays, special flash sales and special offers and promotions. We do not guarantee same day shipment and can not expedite or overnight shipments as we utilize a distributed network of warehouse locations.

Local delivery

We do not offer local delivery at this time.

In-store pickup

Due to our distributed warehouse network, we do not currently offer In-Store pickup at this time.

International Shipping

We do not ship outside the US.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations as we utilize a distributed warehouse network. This policy is to ensure that orders are delivered as fast as possible. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available from the carrier.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days (45 days for special order products) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@carthealth.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Tracking shows "Delivered" but I don't have my package

If your order tracking shows "Delivered" ask  your neighbors if they have seen the package. If not please contact the carrier and file a claim directly with them. Once we have shipped the order and tracking shows it has been delivered you must contact the carrier as they are responsible for delivery. We do not issue refunds or reship orders if an order has been delivered. In the event that we choose to reship an order, to prevent fraud, you will be required to pay for signature on delivery for all future orders.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@carthealth.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
