Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding federal holidays in the United States and Canada. Most orders shipped via Ground Service are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability. Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Overnight and 2nd Day Service are not available for shipments to Canada, Military APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and some locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Please note that we are responsible for lost or stolen packages, but please be sure to choose a secure delivery location.

Where available, you will have the option to select your preferred shipping method. Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination country of your package once the checkout process begins.

Returns
Beauty Bounty LLC honors a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion and receipt within 30 days of date of shipment and we will be happy to refund you for the full product amount. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Beauty Bounty products. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. Only products purchased on Beauty Bounty may be returned for refund or exchange.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we suggest that returns be mailed via FedEx or another insured and traceable parcel method. Please keep in mind that returns shipped ground usually take 5—7 business days to receive before they can be processed
