Everything was wonderful! The scallops was exceptional. So was the roast duck. I love the play on flavours and texture --- really awakening the senses. Def worth the drive for a nice dinner! 👌🏽

My absolute favorite restaurant-not that I've been many times. You don't need to go more than once to appreciate this unique eating experience. Yes, it's $$$ but they deliver an amazing tasting menu!

I suggest the wine (beverage) pairing, but if you opt against it do get their custom made Mercy Mercy sour beer. I don't like beer very much, but it was hands down the best drink in the whole pairing.

Unforgettable meal. The service; impeccable, like a choreographed dance. This isn't just food, it is edible art, each dish more exquisite than the next. Tasting menu with 25 tomatoes is the way to go.

Food worthy of its 3*, w/ the squab turned out on our visit a particular delight. Service was very courteous but too slow (3h45) and lacked attention to details (table left undressed for 40 mins).

This restaurant has a carefully cultivated relationship with the owner of a nearby farm, from whom he buys all his produce. Try the "Vegetable Garden" dish for a masterpiece of more than 30 veggies.
