- Fantastic delicious authentic Danish pastries. Just as great as the stuff back home, perhaps even better. They carry items, you can't get in Denmark anymore. Dansk morgenbrød når det er bedst.
- if you get a chance to try all, try all. start with the raspberry macaroon. not overly sweet. has a crunch on top and a soft raspberry filling.Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- Keith JohnsonApril 25, 2015Outside of Denmark you will not find more delicious and authentic pastries. This place is the real deal. A definite for those that love pastries. They rye bread is superb also.
- Jon BrennanDecember 18, 2016Incredible pastries (the Copenhagen is my favorite), and probably the only reasonably priced cold brew in the entire city. I try to come here at least every weekend. It's that good.
- Jacque PerkinsAugust 28, 2014I've had the Raspberry Danish, the Romkungle, and the Almond Mazarin and they were all really good in their own way (specifically the "pie crust" of the Mazarin and the puff pastry of the danish.
- Michael MorganSeptember 23, 2021I recommend everything here because it all looks amazing. I ordered the Kringle and it was so flakey and flavorful. The staff here is also very, very nice. Overall amazing experience!
- There's a crispness here to the pastries you will hardly find anywhere else, very rich in flavor! Enjoy slowly with some nice coffee! 💖👍😊
- David SternlightAugust 7, 2014Complete line of authentic Danish pastries. Incredibly delicious; nothing like American "Danish Pastry". A revelation if one hasn't been to Denmark (or Solvang). Attractive prices. Real Danish bakers.
- Everything we tried is amazingly good! Incredibly flaky, and the sweetness levels were perfect: nothing was 'too' sweet. Best pastries we've ever had, and the staff are super friendly. Enjoy!
- Matt LewDecember 13, 2014The only authentic Danish bakery in Los Angeles features some of the most delicious pastries around. Give your taste buds a treat at 11113 Washington Blvd. in Culver City.
- I'll leave the judging of the pastries to the Danes. But, what needs to be said is that the drip coffee is exquisite. This is coming from someone who normally only likes espresso drinks. Get some.
- Zach ScottAugust 15, 2017Best danish bakery in LA and one of the best overall. Get the Copenhagen (namesake), Kringle, Raspberry, or Nougat.
- When you walk into this place, the interior is unnervingly zen-like. The pastries are addictive. You will start buying more and more, and you will eat them all. Be warned.
- Justin OrdovezaNovember 11, 2014The Kringle and the Copenhagen are great flakey pastries. Great and rich flavors.
- Everyone is so friendly & the pastries are divine. An authentic European neighborhood bakery. Everything is delicious!❤️
- Marc RApril 28, 2013Light, flaky, and delicious. They're more than willing to give you a small sample if you're on the fence on what to choose if its your first time.
- Serious EatsOctober 8, 2013Authentic Danish pastries and breads, with some gluten-free options, all at a good price.
- Chris LAugust 6, 2014Nougat Crown, Kringle and Spandauer - The only authentic Danish bakery in Los Angeles features some of the most delicious pastries around.
- Cato StevensMay 18, 2014Easily one of the best pastries of my life. Beautiful little shop. Beautiful little bites (or big ;D)
- Connie ChiuAugust 27, 2016Boyfriend picked up 3 pastries and all were flaky goodness! I think they are the three most popular. Def worth it.
- Andrew ShultsJuly 9, 2017Kringle! And the cold brew is really good as well (vanilla bean syrup is sweet, but not overpowering)
- Joan_ne FreitasMay 1, 2018Wonderful place, with incredible and delicious danish pastries in LA. And affordable!
- The coffeebread is amazinggg!! Most pastries are $1.85, and they give out samples..tons of samples. And there's soy milk out for coffee too, :)!
- They carry Lamill Coffees & Teas from Lamill Coffee House in Silverlake, California! 👍☕🍵 http://lamillcoffee.com
- Their pastries are so damn delicious, and they have pretty good brewed coffee too!
- Smooshy SmooshersonAugust 15, 2012This place is awesome. I have to stop here at least once a week if not twice!
- The butter cakes are delicious, they've got little hidden raisins but you can't see that from the tops.
- Listen to Joseph's tips! He knows what he's talking about! 😉
- Midtown Lunch LAJuly 5, 2012How can you not get the namesake pastry?! It's like a "greatest hits" all in one Danish.
- As a Dane this is as authentic a 'Bager' (bakery) as you can get it in the US. Their Thebirkis (Morning Poppy) revivals the best in Copenhagen. Highly recommended!
