Issue #2911756 by zann1e: Move HTML render from code to Twig templates to allow translation

Additionally modify the patch to:

Fix default universal button (IMG is unnecessary).
Fix Twig variable typo in docblock.
Fix Twig code style.
Keep HTML code output spaceless for even spacing between buttons.
Simply a2a_kit_size_## class name in Twig template.
