Adoptable Birds
Our birds come in and get adopted on a daily basis. We do our best to keep this page updated. We require you to contact us for an appointment and specify which bird you are interested in meeting in advance.
We ask you to please keep your appointments to meet our birds. Most of our rescue birds stay with foster families and arrangements are made in advance to get the birds to the sanctuary for your visit and potential adoption. If you must cancel, please give us a 24 hour advance notice. Birds are available for adoption until they are paid for or a deposit is put on them. If you do place a hold on a bird with a deposit, then change your mind about the adoption, all monies paid are considered a donation to Sunshine Parrots For Adoption and ALL PAYMENTS are Non-Refundable.

WELCOME TO SUNSHINE PARROTS
We are a small family business devoted to raising hand fed, weaned, social and trained parrots. We specialize in hand rearing many different species of parrots and We are a proud member of the American Federation of Aviculture (AFA). We are focused on providing excellent pets with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. With a wide variety of birds to choose from, we’re sure you’ll be happy to purchase a bird from us. All our birds are raised in a home environment. They’re all extraordinarily friendly, sociable, and affectionate pets.
All our babies are DISEASE TESTED negative for Polyomavirus (PVD), Avian Bornavirus (ABV), Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease (PBFD), and Chlamydia psittaci. This is extremely important when choosing a lifelong family member. We provide paperwork with every bird we sell.
