Registration for DrupalCon Barcelona 2024 is now officially open!

Secure your ticket at the reduced Early Bird rate and gain access to insightful sessions, BOFs, Keynotes, exhibition area, contribution events, as well as social events. Lunches and coffee breaks are included.

Ticket Information

The registration fee for participants includes: 

  • 3 conference days packed with hundreds of sessions divided in 5 tracks and BoFs
  • Inspiring Keynotes including Driesnote 
  • Access to the recorded sessions 72 hours after the sessions end (upon speakers' authorisation) 
  • Access to Contribution Room (Tuesday - Thursday) & Contribution Day (Friday) 
  • Exhibition hall & sponsored sessions 
  • Morning/ afternoon coffee breaks & lunch bags 
  • Digital tote-bag 
  • Access to social events (Opening Reception, Trivia Night, Wrap up Ceremony, Women in Drupal, etc.) 

The registration fee does not include: 

  • Travel expenses 
  • Accommodation 
  • Personal insurance* 

*We recommend you to obtain your personal travel insurance.

An extra discount is offered for the groups of 5+ people. The price is 750 EURO/per ticket by 28 June and 900 EURO/per ticket by 19 August.

Grants & Discounts
  • Student discount is available until the 20th of September 2024 (a valid student ID card must be provided).
  • Groups of 5+ participants get a special discount this year! Gather your group of friends, make a single payment and save on each ticket. If you use a sponsor registration, please do not register via this link and follow instruction received via email. 
  • Grants & Scholarships are provided by Kuoni Tumlare | Congress and the Drupal Association. The application process will start in end April/beginning of May. More information is to come soon.

  • Complimentary tickets (speakers, tickets provided by sponsor company) will be sent via email, including instructions.

CURRENCY 

All prices are in Euros (€) inclusive of Spain VAT (21%). Visit www.xe.com for current exchange rates. 

Under Spanish tax law, the registration fee is subject to 21% Spain VAT. This applies to registrations done online and on-site, and is regardless of whether the individual or company is registered for VAT in another EU country or not. This is owing to the fact that the “place of supply” is where the conference is taking place, i.e. in Spain.

TRANSFER & REFUND POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable, however it's free and easy to transfer your ticket to another person. To transfer your ticket at no charge, simply contact our Organizing Secretariat with your transfer request and our support team will help you. Tickets cannot be transferred once DrupalCon begins.
