- [Demonstrator] The Spp Switcher is a feature in iOS that allows you to quickly switch back and forth among multiple applications. To open up the App Switcher on an iPhone 10 or later, or on iPads, swipe up from the bottom of the screen until you see these thumbnails appear. On older devices, you'll double-click the Home button. So this shows you all the apps you've been using in order of most recently used from right to left, and you can swipe along them to find the app you want to switch to. Just tap the app's preview to bring it to the foreground and start using it. One of the nice things about this multitasking view is that, in most cases, the thumbnails show you the apps in the last state you left them in. This gives you the ability to see information in the app without actually bringing it to the front.
