To see the current time line, sign in to Google Calendar, click 'Settings' and make sure 'Show current time' is set to 'Yes'. Then view your agenda in Day or Week view to see the current time line.

To email all invitees for a meeting you've scheduled, view event details and click the 'Email guests' link.


With Gmail, you can now view PowerPoint PPT attachments in your browser without downloading the attachment.
